Rare Opportunity to Join NEW Autism School in Seattle, WA

EXCITING AND RARE OPPORTUNITY
The Madrone School is a NEW private, non-profit school for children on the Autism Spectrum in Redmond, Washington. We are looking for a Clinical Director that is passionate and eager to help design and oversee quality behavior analytic services. Opportunity to be recognized as a co-founder based on school growth and job performance.

Qualifications
• Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
• Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing behavior analytic programming in a center-based or school-based setting
• At least 7 years of experience supervising masters level BCBAs as well as behavior technicians
• Responsible, hardworking and extremely organized
• Experience working with learners ranging in age from 5 to 15 years old

Description of Responsibilities
• Conduct new student intake meetings and supervise initial program set-up
• Conduct assessments of student performance
• Conduct functional assessments of challenging behavior including functional analysis
• Develop student specific programming and data collection systems
• Conduct on-going data analysis
• Modify and develop curriculum
• Develop behavior intervention plans and management guidelines
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct student progress reports and meetings
• Provide ongoing competency monitoring and training for BCBAs and behavior technicians
• Conduct staff performance reviews
• Provide and maintain staff training
• Collaborate with non-behavior analytic treatment providers
• Work well in a team environment
