Seeking BCBAs in Southeast Michigan!

The Spark Center for Autism is dedicated to enhancing the quality of

life for children diagnosed with autism through early, evidence based,

effective intervention. We provide applied behavior analytic services to

children between the ages of 18 months and 8 years. We are currently

seeking a qualified BCBA to expand our team of professionals in the

southeast Michigan area.


        * Responsibilities

        * Conduct behavioral assessments including the VBMAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Assessments/Analyses

        * Develop treatment goals, protocols, and data collection systems

        * Summarize and analyze data

        * Provide feedback and evaluations for staff

        * Complete treatment integrity checks for staff

        * Meet productivity standard for billable time

        * Provide supervision in accordance with board guidelines and insurance requirements

        * Complete intake, reassessment, and quarterly reports

        * Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals

        * Evaluate risk management and crisis management

        * Develop and oversee transition/discharge plan

        * Required Qualifications

        * Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

        * Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing

        * Three years of experience providing and supervising early intervention services for young children with autism

        * Pass criminal background check


        * Preferred Qualifications

        * Experience with VBMAPP assessment and curriculum development

        * CPR/First Aid Certified
