Clinical Technology Implementation Specialist

CentralReach is seeking a leader in clinical intelligence with Applied Behavior Analysis expertise and an affinity for technology and helping others. The Clinical Technology Implementation Manager is responsible for inspiring and empowering other practitioners to support their clinical vision using our state-of-the-art, ABA data collection systems and progress-reporting tools.

 What you will do:

                Teach fellow clinicians how to architect workflows in Learn, our Data Collection module

                 Conduct virtual workshop-style training, and occasional in-person training

                Help clients meet clinical objectives with CentralReach technology

                Organize and host best practice webinars

                Help streamline processes both internally and externally for the clients we serve

                Create user manuals and training guides

                Help scope and develop needed data collection and clinical tools for our software

What we’d like you to have:

                Minimum of 2 years field experience as a BCBA at a supervisory level

                Ample behavior analytic experience working in different settings

                Experience or desire to help smaller businesses reach their goals

                Experience with electronic data collection platforms

                Excellent written and verbal communication skills

                Award-winning presentation skills

                Deep comfort and aptitude for learning and embracing software

                Current BCBA certification in good standing, up to date in best practice data collection and skill acquisition procedures

 Other Notes:

                This position is preferably on-site in Pompano Beach, FL or local in the Boston area. Other remote candidates will also be considered.

                Quarterly travel to Headquarters (Pompano Beach, FL) required

                Travel up to 1 week per month, to train organizations in software and processes

                Knowledge about current insurance mandates helpful
