ABOUT THE COMPANY:

At Total Spectrum, we specialize in providing in-home applied behavior

analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Established in 2014, Total Spectrum has rapidly grown throughout the

Chicagoland area into Central Illinois and also to Detroit metropolitan

area. The company’s MISSION is to achieve an environment that allows

the clients we serve to reach their maximum potential and highest level

of independence. We know that in order to achieve this mission, we must

ensure that the therapist we have going into the home are highly trained

and qualified; therefore, we have all of our therapists go through

training to become Registered Behavior Technicians. Quality is vital to

service, we need to warrant that our staff our trained and have all of

the resources necessary to do their job well. The environment and

ABOUT THE AREA:

We are currently searching for a BCBA in North Chicagoland suburbs, or

LAKE COUNTY, including areas like Vernon Hills, Mundelein, Lake Forest,

Libertyville, etc. Lake County is well known for its natural beauty,

schools and businesses, and also known as an area filled with active,

healthy people! Lake County was ranked #2 in Illinois for physical

activity and #4 for access to places to be active and heathy. It’s the

perfect location being within a short driving distance of Lake Michigan,

the city of Chicago, and so much more! The cost of living in Lake County

is lower than the U.S. average making it affordable for anyone at any

stage of life!

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BCBA CAREER OPPORTUNITY:

        * Manage a caseload of amazing clients & families

        * Establish and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients

        * Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBA’s

        * Supervise & train RBTs

 

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:

        * BCBA certification

        * Previous experience working in-home

        * One (1) year previous experience supervising/training therapists
