BCBA Employment Opportunity

The Learning Lane is a thriving and highly respective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center serving children ages from 1 to 7 years of age.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating behavioral programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities by applying a family-centered approach and principles of applied behavioral analysis. Services will take place in a classroom based clinic setting and in preschool classrooms.

  • Completing functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
  • Collecting and analyzing data
  • Providing training to staff and parents/teachers
  • Provide supervision of direct therapists on assigned caseloads
  • Provide 1:1 direct service to individuals supported as needed


  • Master’s Degree in Psychology , Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Minimum of three years’ experience directly supervising staff
  • Minimum of three years’ experience directly supervising and working with children with autism spectrum disorders
