Seeking BCBAs in NJ!

We are currently seeking to fill the position of BCBA Clinical Supervisor. The candidate MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as recognized by the BACB, to provide home based ABA program supervision to students with autism. Per diem and full time positions available.Our service areas include; Sussex, Warren, Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties in NJ. Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor oversees the quality and consistency of the clinical home based programs. This is achieved through clinical supervision, training, support and evaluation of Instructors and in-home programs. The Clinical Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to make recommendations and assist in the development, guidance, refinement, and quality of individualized client and overall efficiency of clinical programs based on company clinical philosophy, treatment approach, values and current empirical research.

Essential functions may include but are not limited to:

- Supervision, training, evaluation, leadership and support, directly and indirectly of consultants, instructors and other team members to ensure clinical programs meet clients individual needs on day to day basis.

- Day to day quality control of clinical programs including ongoing program support and ensuring that clinical staff are individualizing curriculum to meet each individual needs.

- Proactively identifies strengths and areas of needs of consultants (e.g., employment related issues, training needs, monitoring caseloads, communication) and recommends/facilitates resolution; reports concerns to the Clinical Director and Executive Director.

- Works with Clinical Director to prepare agenda and conduct clinical meetings with all consultants and conducts regular meetings with individual consultants.

- Makes recommendations to and works with Executive Director for needs of overall team (e.g., training, meeting agenda items, written procedures, guidelines, forms and other documents to facilitate and ensure consistency in clinical programs, communication 

and management skills of team, etc).

- Represent the company at meetings and conferences, when applicable and available.

- Assist in marketing through interface with parents and funding sources (school districts, regional centers) of current or potential clients, adjunctive service providers and other professionals.

- Ensure positive collaboration, flexible approach and active communication with families, funding sources and team; modeling and promoting the culture of Company.

- Ensure excellent customer service provided by all clinical team members.

- Attend department and company meetings, and provide support in employee relations.

- Perform other related duties as required
